~ce135Hi!, and welcome to Scientific Corals' website! If you are a reef hobbyist looking for bright colors, consistent availability, and hardy corals, this is the place you want to to be! We have all new pictures and information in our sections on SPS Corals, Soft Corals, and Gorgonians.  And a Current Price Sheet is alway available here online.

PLEASE NOTE THIS CHANGE in our ordering procedures. We are changing the primary way we interact with our customers. Our new main method of contact will be via email (noel@atlcon.net) rather than direct phone contact, as it has been in the past. You can email your orders or questions to me and I will email confirmation back, or any proposed changes. I will be checking emails often during the day.

This is necessary because of the enormous number of calls I have been taking (30-40 per day) which have taken me away from other important tasks such as managing, production, and even this website. Customer service is still very important to us. We are just trying to find a more efficient way to produce and sell corals. Although I won't be answering the phone directly most of the time, I will still respond to your emails periodically throughout the day, something I haven't done in the past. You may still call us, but except for limited periods, I will call you back later that day, after we are done shipping, or the following morning after we open.

So the bottom line is if you want me quickly, email me. If you need to talk to me directly on the phone, you can still call me but if I don't answer, you need to leave me a message and I will call you back. And you won't have to pay the long distance charges!

All of us here at SCI are deeply committed to finding out how we can help stop the decline of our natural wild reefs. Visit our new section on ``Environmental" aspects of corals to see some of the very real dangers that wild reefs are facing.

We have spent nearly 10 years (December 1990) discovering the techniques to commercially propagate and optimally grow corals.  It's now time to shift our focus to let the world know that many corals can be grown very well in captivity, and that there are many benefits to Why Captive Bred corals are your best choice.

By the way, we are soliciting high quality contributions from you for the site. If you have pictures or an article that you have done and would like to see posted on our website then just let us know. We have lots of new sections which we hope you will contribute to including pictures of our customers tanks in ``Hobbyists Pix". Send us yours in a digital format but please dont email me pictures bigger than 80kb without calling first!

So let's see if together we can build an incredible site that will help advance this fantastic hobby of ours. Your suggestions are welcomed! Thanks for your patience as this is a works in progress. Thanks for dropping by!
