Our normal business hours are 10AM-4PM EST Monday - Friday. Of course, with online ordering you can place your order 24 hours per day.

The best way to contact us directly is via email. Click here to email us. (You might notice that we use a disposable email address. This helps us deal with spam. When you publish an email address on a website, spammers capture that address. So we will be changing the email address periodically, but you can always reach us from the website, which will always have the most current email address for us.)

We have found the most efficient way to take care of customers and still have time to grow corals, is to accept orders via an online shopping cart. When your place your order, please include your phone number. We may need to call you back regarding a question about the order, such as confirming a shipping date. We promise never to release your phone number or other personal information.

If you have a problem with an order, please email us as soon as you are aware of the problem. DOA's that are not reported within 48 Hours of shipment receipt will not be considered. Lost shipments can be tracked by us, but must be reported promptly. If you don't receive a shipment when you expect it, please report it to us promptly so we can track it down and hopefully save all of the corals. This happens very rarely with Fedex.

For questions about ordering and orders only, please call us at    between 9:30AM and 4:30PM EST, Monday-Friday. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, we can't answer general questions about reefkeeping on the phone.
